1. Question What work does L-3 ComCept do?

Answer: L-3 ComCept is Systems Engineering contractor that specializes in architecture requirements and software development, modeling, simulation, communications, and systems integration. We are currently under contract to the United States Air Force, we are defining advanced system architectures and networking concepts that will greatly enhance the use of our country's airborne surveillance assets.

Answer: We foresee an abundance of work based solely on our current backlog of contracts.

Answer: ComCept was incorporated in 1999. The filling of a market niche coupled with innovative ideas from our staff have resulted in the formation of ComCept. This has also provided us a spring board to diversify our market. Then in July of 2000, ComCept, Inc. was acquired by L-3 Communications Corporation and became L-3 Communications, ComCept Division. This has provided our Engineering Think Tank with financial and product support of a large corporation allowing us to concentrate on building better systems.

Answer: L-3 Communications, ComCept Division has made every effort to ensure that our offered benefits are comparable with those of major companies.

Answer: L-3 ComCept Division produces solutions and implementation management services. We are a Systems Engineering contractor that specializes in requirements development, modeling, simulation, communications, and systems integration. We provide Project Management, Engineering services, Software Engineering and Web services.

Answer: We do offer software solutions that are developed within our company. As of yet, we may develop hardware solutions within our company, but we don't build the hardware on our facility.

Answer: No. We have concentrated our efforts within Network-Centric Warfare and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance communities.
